Navigator Properties uses a software program to record all income from rent and bond. This is held in a separate Trust Account and all funds to the owners are transferred at the end of the month.
As Property Managers, we can be contacted by the tenant to address any repairs. We will advise the owners of any issues and involve them in the proposed resolution.
We use the same process for repairs, but for any willful damage by the Tenant, Navigator Properties will invoice the Tenant responsible.
At Navigator Properties we conduct regular inspections of the Rental Property. All parties are notified of the upcoming inspection. The inspection allows us to make sure your property is maintained to your standard.
